Little Yoga Beings combines traditional yoga with the philosophies of well respected educators to create classes that nurture the development of the whole child: mind, body and soul.

The yoga classes are age appropriate and divided into groups of: preschoolers, tweens and teens.
The classes include traditional yoga poses or asanas which resemble things in nature through the flow of a story, like a trip to the forest or an undersea adventure.
