WE ARE RELOCATING TO
- Little Yoga Beings can be incorporated into your school curriculum as an
extra mural activity or as an event
such as: International yoga day,
Peace day, Mothers day or Family day yoga.
-Yoga is very beneficial to children with learning difficulties or special needs, particularly children with ADD, ADHD and autism.
tips for yoga:
-Mats are available but if you prefer please bring your own. -Wear comfy and loose clothes that move and stretch.
- Have an empty stomach, try not to eat a big meal before a class
-Remember that yoga should feel good even if it is challenging.
-Never force or strain yourself, Yoga is about learning to love and work with yourself.
