Little Yoga Beings can be incorporated into your school curriculum as an extra mural activity or as an event such as: International yoga day, peace day, Mothers day or Family day yoga.
Yoga is very beneficial to children with learning difficulties or special needs, particularly children with ADD, ADHD and autism.
tips for yoga:
- Mats are available but if you prefer please bring your own. - Wear comfy and loose clothes that move and stretch.
- Have an empty stomach, try not to eat a big meal before a class
- Remember that yoga should feel good even if it is challenging.
- Never force or strain yourself, Yoga is about learning to love and work with yourself.
