Classes:
Little Yoga Beings combines traditional yoga with the philosophies of well respected
educators to create classes that nurture the development of the whole child: mind, body
and soul. The classes include traditional yoga poses or asanas that resemble things in
nature through the flow of a story, like a trip to the forest or an undersea adventure.
Yoga is non-competitive and honours each child's unique way of absorbing
and integrating information. The yoga classes are age appropriate and divided into
groups of: preschoolers, tweens and teens.
Little Yoga Beings can be incorporated into your school curriculum as an extra mural
activity or as an event. Yoga is also very beneficial to children with learning difficulties or
special needs, particularly children with ADD, ADHD and autism.

Yoga is a lifelong skill you can offer your child. It gets children out of
their heads and into their bodies, away from the technology crazy age
we live in. It improves posture, flexibility, core strength, balance and
co-ordination. Breathing techniques teach children to deal with
complex emotions and stress more efficiently. It builds a child's self
esteem and helps them sleep better and it is also...LOADS OF FUN !!!
